Late Departure & Luggage Handling

For guests who are not in the hotel when their
departure time, we will collect their luggage
and all their stuff from the room and will keep
it at our luggage room in the front desk, due
to preparation for the next arrival guest

Room Faciities & Damage Policy

The guest room is equipped for your convenience
and a comfortable stay. Any damaged item(s) by
the guest or lost item(s) will be charged to your
room account accordingly

Visitor Policy

Visitors are not allowed to enter the guest
room unless the guest has asked and
confirmed to our front desk. An Identity
Card is required for security records.

Quiet Hours & Noise Courtesy

For the convenience of all guests, we suggest
that you control the audio of all devices in your
room to a proper level, and please don’t speak
too loudly, especially at night time

Guest Safety & Valueables Responsibilty

For your own security, you are advised to lock
your room and balcony door when you leave
your room or when sleeping. The hotel is not
responsible for money, jewellery, or other
valuables placed in the room.
